ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE AND IDENTIFICATION
These Terms of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms”) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by the sole proprietorship described below (hereinafter “the Seller”) with non-professional buyers (hereinafter “the Clients” or “the Client”) wishing to purchase the products offered for sale on the website https://rnbrush-painting.com/ (hereinafter “the Site”).

By placing an order on the Site, the Client fully and unreservedly accepts these Terms, which the Client expressly acknowledges before confirming their order.
ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS AND PRE-ORDER TERMS
The products governed by these Terms are those listed on the Site. They are described and presented as accurately as possible.
“Pre-order” specifics: The flagship product currently available (in particular the “Palette Spéciale Aéro”) is offered on a pre-order basis. The Client acknowledges that they are purchasing a product still being finalized or manufactured. As the project is already funded for its first units, production is guaranteed and the product will not be subject to an overall project cancellation by the Seller.
ARTICLE 3 – PRICES AND TAXES
Product prices are shown in Euros (€) on the Site.
Pursuant to Article 293 B of the Code Général des Impôts (CGI), VAT is not applicable on sales. Prices are therefore net.
Shipping costs (including packaging, Colissimo transport, delivery against signature and built-in insurance) are fully included in the sale price displayed on the Site for deliveries to mainland France.
ARTICLE 4 – ORDERS AND PAYMENT TERMS
The Client confirms their order after checking their cart, filling in their delivery details, and accepting these Terms.
Debit terms: Payment is due immediately at the time of the order (immediate debit), including for pre-order products.
Payment methods: Payment is made securely online via the Payplug payment solution. The Client can pay by:
- Bank card (immediate debit).
- Split payment option (4 instalments, no fees), subject to acceptance by the payment institution.
ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY
Product shipping is essentially restricted to mainland France.
Pre-order specific schedule:
- The first pre-order shipments will begin in August 2026.
- For any order placed from August 2026 onwards (once stock is available), the maximum delivery time is set at 2 weeks from order confirmation.
Transport method: Delivery is carried out by La Poste via Colissimo with hand-over against signature and insurance included. The Seller undertakes to provide the Client with a tracking number as soon as the parcel is shipped.
ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Code de la consommation, the Client has 14 calendar days from physical receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.
Return costs: In accordance with the law, transport costs related to returning the product are entirely borne by the Client. The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete and in a condition allowing it to be resold as new.
Procedure: The Client must notify their withdrawal decision by e-mail to contact@rnbrush-painting.com before the 14-day period expires. The Seller will refund the product within a maximum of 14 days following recovery and inspection of the returned product.
ARTICLE 7 – CLAUSE RELATING TO THE COMPLIMENTARY DIGITAL ACCESS (PATREON)
With any purchase of a palette on the Site, access to the Seller’s Patreon platform is offered as a commercial gift (digital bonus). This access is activated and opened to the Client within a maximum of 72 hours after their order is confirmed.
Revocation condition: As this free digital benefit is strictly linked to and inseparable from the physical purchase of the palette, Patreon access will be automatically and immediately revoked as of right if the Client exercises their right of withdrawal or requests the return and refund of the palette.
ARTICLE 8 – LEGAL WARRANTIES
The Seller is liable for defects in the conformity of the goods with the contract under the conditions of Article L. 217-4 et seq. of the Code de la consommation, and for hidden defects in the item sold under the conditions set out in Articles 1641 et seq. of the Code civil.
- Conformity warranty: The Client has 2 years from delivery of the goods to act in the event of a lack of conformity.
- Hidden defects warranty: The Client may decide to bring an action for latent defects within 2 years of discovering the defect.
ARTICLE 9 – DISPUTES AND CONSUMER MEDIATION
In the event of a complaint or dispute, the Client is invited to contact the Seller first at: contact@rnbrush-painting.com in order to find an amicable solution.
In accordance with the provisions of the Code de la consommation on the amicable settlement of disputes, the Client may use, free of charge, the consumer mediation service chosen by the Seller:

ARTICLE 10 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and the transactions arising from them are governed by French law. In the event of a persistent dispute and failing an amicable agreement or mediation, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
